Leo has over 24 years of income property experience, and has coordinated the placement of more than $1 billion dollars in debt and equity financing. The various property types Leo specializes in are apartment buildings, retail/ shopping centers, ground-up construction, office and industrial properties.
Leo is a graduate from California State Northridge with a degree in Marketing and Sales. Early in Leo’s career, he worked for one of the largest property tax consulting firms in the nation in reducing taxpayer’s property taxes. As the real estate market saw an improvement in the late 1990’s, Leo made the transition into income property lending. He then took his extensive knowledge of evaluating properties and added bank underwriting. Leo is consistently engaged in the marketplace, and his #1 job is to ensure that his clients always obtain the best possible financing in any given market. Leo also owns multiple investment properties in California and Nevada.

Mike Petlik

Michael is an accomplished real estate professional with expertise in commercial financing, property tax appeals/valuation, and property management. A native of Los Angeles and born into a family of real estate professionals, Michael learned the business at a very young age. He began working for his father in real estate management, primarily focused on multi-family properties in the San Fernando Valley. From this experience he was able to learn valuable lessons in the form of ethics, people skills, and customer service. Michael went on to college and earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in Real Estate as well as obtaining his California Department of Real Estate broker’s license. Kyle Williamson

In 2014, Kyle joined Tax Assessment Associates, an affiliate company of Epic Commercial, to begin his career in commercial real estate. At TAA, he assisted in successfully reducing property taxes on hundreds of commercial properties within Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. It is there where he built his knowledge and a passion for the investment real estate industry. Kyle since transitioned into the lending side with Epic Commercial where he has proven his abilities in assisting borrowers with their financing needs. Chris Daglas

Chris Daglas joined Epic in 2019 with a passion for Commercial Real Estate and a desire to pursue the financing side of the business. Previous to this, Chris worked with his father’s development company as a construction intern. This position required reading and understanding general business plans, reviewing contracts and effective communication with clients. Chris is a graduate from the University of Oregon. He has volunteered with a variety of community service organizations such as Heal the Bay and Meals on Wheels West, where he was not only able to give back, but also learn how to contribute to organizational goals, work together and cooperate as a team, meet deadlines, and to understand the importance of time management. Chris is an avid surfer and has enjoyed being a surf instructor for Freedom Surf Camp.
