Leo has over 19 years of income property experience, and has coordinated the placement of more than $1 billion dollars in debt and equity financing. The various property types Leo specializes in are apartment buildings, retail/ shopping centers, ground-up construction, office and industrial properties.
Early in Leo’s career, he worked for one of the largest property tax consulting firms in the nation in reducing taxpayer’s property taxes. Because of his background and experience in evaluating income property, he gained the expertise in assessing property values. As the real estate market saw an improvement in the late 1990’s, Leo made the transition into income property lending. He then took his extensive knowledge of evaluating properties and added bank underwriting. Leo is consistently engaged in the marketplace, and his #1 job is to ensure that his clients always obtain the best possible financing in any given market.
In addition to being an expert in providing his clients with optimum financing, Leo also owns multiple investment properties in California and Nevada.

Michael is an accomplished real estate professional with expertise in commercial financing, property tax appeals/valuation, and property management. A native of Los Angeles and born into a family of real estate professionals, Michael learned the business at a very young age. He began working for his father in real estate management, primarily focused on multi-family properties in the San Fernando Valley. From this experience he was able to learn valuable lessons in the form of ethics, people skills, and customer service. Oneal graduated with a Master’s degree of Science in Industrial Economics in 2006 and has thrived in Southern California’s real estate industry ever since. Isaac attended California Lutheran University, graduating in 2010 with a major in Business Administration. While in college, he started a retail clothing business which helped quickly gain irreplaceable, first-hand experience in business operations and the fundamental importance of leverage. He went on to work in accounting for a prestigious Five Diamond resort in California. This position led to his interest in finance where soon after, he began a path into Real Estate. In 2014, Kyle joined Epic Commercial/ Tax Assessment Associates and began his career in commercial real estate. At TAA, he assisted in successfully reducing property taxes on hundreds of commercial properties within Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. It is there where he built his knowledge and a passion for the investment real estate industry.
