Leo has over 24 years of income property experience, and has coordinated the placement of more than $1 billion dollars in debt and equity financing. Leo is a graduate from California State Northridge with a degree in Marketing and Sales. Early in Leo’s career, he worked for one of the largest property tax consulting firms in the nation in reducing taxpayer’s property taxes. As the real estate market saw an improvement in the late 1990’s, Leo made the transition into income property lending. He then took his extensive knowledge of evaluating properties and added bank underwriting. Leo is consistently engaged in the marketplace, and his #1 job is to ensure that his clients always obtain the best possible financing in any given market. Leo also owns multiple investment properties in California and Nevada.

In 2014, Kyle joined Tax Assessment Associates, an affiliate company of Epic Commercial, to begin his career in commercial real estate. Chris Daglas joined Epic in 2019 with a passion for Commercial Real Estate and a desire to pursue the financing side of the business. Previous to this, Chris worked with his father’s development company as a construction intern. This position required reading and understanding general business plans, reviewing contracts and effective communication with clients. Chris is a graduate from the University of Oregon.
