In 2014, Kyle joined Tax Assessment Associates, an affiliate company of Epic Commercial, to begin his career in commercial real estate. At TAA, he assisted in successfully reducing property taxes on hundreds of commercial properties within Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. It is there where he built his knowledge and a passion for the investment real estate industry. Kyle since transitioned into the lending side with Epic Commercial where he has proven his abilities in assisting borrowers with their financing needs. His focus is creating and maintaining long lasting relationships with his clients by providing personalized service along with the best terms in the market.
