Leo has over 24 years of income property experience, and has coordinated the placement of more than $1 billion dollars in debt and equity financing.  The various property types Leo specializes in are apartment buildings, retail/ shopping centers, ground-up construction, office and industrial properties.

Leo is a graduate from California State Northridge with a degree in Marketing and Sales. Early in Leo’s career, he worked for one of the largest property tax consulting firms in the nation in reducing taxpayer’s property taxes. As the real estate market saw an improvement in the late 1990’s, Leo made the transition into income property lending.  He then took his extensive knowledge of evaluating properties and added bank underwriting. Leo is consistently engaged in the marketplace, and his #1 job is to ensure that his clients always obtain the best possible financing in any given market. Leo also owns multiple investment properties in California and Nevada.
